BUILDING INCLUSIVENESS

TTEC Diversity Council

We aspire to create diverse departments and teams at all levels of the organization. Around the world, we amplify local inclusiveness groups outside of the workplace and bring together centralized organizations inside TTEC walls. We support our diverse employees through mentorship, open dialogue, and opportunities for professional development.

Comprised of 16 employees from diverse backgrounds, our Diversity Council focuses on organizational change and advancing our DE&I priorities by:

  • Identifying best diversity, equity, and inclusion practices
  • Guiding senior leadership on culture, climate, equity, and inclusion in our workplace
  • Conducting self-assessments of committee effectiveness

Supporting Employee Resource Groups

Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are groups of employees who are coming together based on shared characteristics and lived experiences. ERGs are generally based on providing support, enhancing career development, and contributing to the personal development of its members.

Women in Leadership

Women in Leadership is a diverse group of extraordinary self-identifying women who leverage social and educational programs, mentorship, and networking opportunities to realize their individual potential, enhance their career experiences, and create opportunities for our next generation of leaders.

Champions of Color

Champions of Color nurtures a community for employees who identify as Black, African American, and of African descent. Champions of Color promotes a safe, collaborative, and supportive environment. The group offers mentorship, access to senior leadership, and a network of professionals to assist with development and career advancement. Members share wisdom, advice, experiences, and fellowship.

Maximizing Inclusivity and NeuroDiverse Success, our mission is to bring together a diverse group of TTEC employees that want to highlight the strengths of neurodiversity and foster an inclusive environment by raising awareness, fostering acceptance, showcasing the talents of neurodiverse individuals, and celebrating neurodiversity at TTEC.

Prism

Prism is a community that supports employees who identify as LGBTQIA+ and allies, creating a friendly and welcoming workplace environment. Our programs, discourse and initiatives promote a culture of acceptance and consideration where LGBTQIA+ team members can be comfortable exactly as they are.

Persons with Disability

The vision and mission of the Persons with Disability employee resource group is for all employees to attain fulfilling career with full support from the company and its employees and without bias through meaningful and informative projects and activities.

TTEC Familia fosters a vibrant community, enhances cultural understanding, and empowers Latino/a/x and Hispanic employees, allies, and supporters to achieve their full potential within TTEC.
